Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to visit my page. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and obtained my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ball State University. In working with you individually, I take an interpersonal approach, creating a warm and collaborative environment where you're safe to explore your private struggles, thoughts, and emotions. We will work together to uncover hidden strengths and find solutions that fit your unique situation, personality, and needs. I will strive for you to leave therapy feeling whole, empowered, and hopeful; having the tools you need to truly thrive.
While I enjoy working with individual clients, my specialty is working with families and couples using Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT/EFFT); a unique and powerful approach that allows couples or families to enjoy stronger, more loving, and enduring relationships. It goes beyond simple communication, resolving underlying factors that harm relationships.
